#RIO2016 | Wayde van Niekerk set a new world record

South Africa’s Wayde van Niekerk is the new world record holder in the 400m run after a record breaking perfomance at the Rio Olympic Games.

He won the Olympic crown in 43.03sec in a dominating gold medal performance at the Rio Olympic Games.

With this astounding feat, Van Niekerk managed to chop 15 hundredths of a second off the 400m record set by Michael Johnson in 1999.

Van Niekerk said after the race: “I would love to give you a long story but I’ve already said, “God is great. I let everything in his hands tonight. I need to see the race to believe it. I can’t even tell you what happened in the race. I was blind all the way.”

Nomzamo admit to have been engaged before

Nomzamo Mbatha

The TV personality, Nomzamo Mbatha, was challenged to a game, "Never Have I", with the show's presenters.

The game required her to be honest while being quizzed about her life since breaking into the industry. One of the questions that was thrown at her during the game was whether she has been engaged before.

Without shying away from the
probe, she admitted to being engaged, however, did not mention to who.

Miss District of Columbia Deshauna Barber was the lady of the night as she impressed the judges with her beauty, talents and intelligence at Sunday night's annual beauty pageant broadcast live from the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.

"To me confidently beautiful means understanding that it's not always about your appearance. It's not always about who you're around and how they feel you look, where they feel you come from or your economic background," Deshauna explained.

She explained how serving in the military has build her confidence, and the plight if women. How they beauty is seen as a weakness.

"Serving in the military has taught me that being confidently beautiful is about being able to earn respect from people regardless of what you look like. As a woman in the military, people associate beauty with weakness and they learn very quickly that I'm extremely strong. And although I'm small, I'm powerful and confidently beautiful is being myself and being very happy with who I've become. Thank you."

She further explained that, "As a woman in the United States Army, I think it was an amazing job by our government to allow women to integrate into every branch of the military."

She advocated for women. Speaking out how women should not be looked down apon as weak. That they are capable as the opposite sex.

She added, "We are just as tough as men. As a commander of my unit, I'm powerful, I am dedicated. And it is important that we recognize that gender does not limit us in the United States Army."

Destiny's child member arrested

Former Destiny's Child member was arrested by police as she was found drunk.

A former member of the all time RnB group Destiny's Chlild is in some trouble with the law. was found drinking a little too much before fighting with a friend causing police to intervene.

Police told TMZ that Farrah got into argument with a male friend around 3 am on Thursday 2 June 2016, outside a gym in DeKalb County, GA.

When officers showed up she said she was not ready to go home, and told them, "These n***** won't leave me alone."

Cops noticed signs of drunkenness --odor of booze, slurred speech and bloodshot eyes  and asked how much she'd been drinking.

She fired back, uttering, "Not enough." She's currently in custody on public intoxication awaiting to be released on $250 bail.

BREAKING NEWS: Muhammad Ali has been hospitalised

Muhammad Ali has been rushed to hospital, due to his illness. 

The all time greatest boxer Muhammad Ali was rushed to the hospital earlier yesterday on 2 June 2016 after he suffered a respiratory illness.

His spokesperson Bob Gunnell, said "He is being treated by his team of doctors and is in fair condition."

Gunnell also added that, "A brief hospital stay is expected. At this time, the Muhammad Ali family respectfully requests privacy."

The 74-year-old who sufferes from Parkinson's disease is reported to be hospitalised for a while.

According to Rap-Up, King Push spits that brick talk, while Hov references his “gorgeous” paper trail, his past (“Before Reasonable Doubt dropped, the jury hung”), and even Damn Daniel (“Damn Daniel, FBI keep bringin’ them all white vans through”). There is also a soundbite from conservative TV anchor Tomi Lahren, who criticized Beyoncé and her “drug dealer” husband.

The song is the first single from Pusha’s upcoming album King Push, the follow-up to last year’s Darkest Before Dawn: The Prelude.

In Touch Werkly reported that, a source reaveled that the Coldplay frontman, 39, split from J-Law, 25, because of her obsession with the Kardashians.

The report further added that, Chris couldn't believe "how much she loved to watch Keeping Up With The Kardashians."

"Jennifer was obsessed with the family, and tried to get Chris to watch the show with her. Chris absolutely balked at the idea, and couldn't sit for five minutes of the show," the source said.

Kanye West and his former bodyguard seemed to clash in a way that they could find themselves in front of the Jury in a potential lawsuit.

Page Six reported on the former NYPD cop Steve Stanulis speaking about the celebrite West  family in a negative manner.

According to reporting the report he called the rapper a “spoiled superstar” who refused to press elevator buttons and wouldn’t allow staff to speak in his presence.

West have retaliated by threatening to sue him for $30 million. West claims his ex-bodyguard signed a confidentiality agreement before working with him and his wife, Kim Kardashian .

The Source reported that, the former cop insists he never signed that document. “After I had finished working with them, and my first comments came out in the press, Kanye’s head of security wanted to meet me and asked me to sign a post-dated confidentiality agreement, and I refused. Man sneak in at McDonald ladies toilet to take girls pictures

A man had been reported sneak in at the ladiea toilet at McDonald and took pictures of a girl unnoticed.

According to itv.com, The 13-year old was in a cubicle when she heard the click of a phone camera. She looked up to see someone's head poking over the cubicle. The girl was left very upset and distressed by the ordeal and her family are now concerned about where the image may end up, Thames Valley Police said.

The incident is said to have took place at McDonald in Oxford Road, Reading, Berkshire, at about 9.05pm onFriday 20 May 2016.

Detective Constable Alastair Bagshaw said that "I am keen to identify the person responsible as quickly as possible and would ask anyone that recognises him to contact me immediately," reported itv.com.

T.I was perfoming at NYC for his show at Irving Plaza.

The authorities are investigating the situation and no arrest have been made so far. Four people were shot and one was killed.
